Scrap Book

This page contains copies of correspondence with Rugby League decision makers & print media collected throughout the 90's. It all started in 1992 when I became disillusioned with the direction of the game & just about every person involved in the game were complaining about the referees, the judiciary, deals between clubs on citing offending players on & on & on. So, I decided to do something about the areas of the rules that they were all complaining about & didn't that upset the apple cart, it wasn't their idea so it wasn't any good.

OR WAS IT?

Follow the evidence trail & decide for yourself!!!
